Please follow the steps below for manuscript submission. Accepted manuscripts will be published in the conference proceedings.

Register for conference

• One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students.
• One registration covers two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted.
• Please go to the registration website to register for the conference. IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.

Submitting the manuscripts

• After successful registration you will be directed via e-mail to the upload site web address.
• Please note: Your registration may take up to 2 business days for the bank to process, so please do not expect the upload site web address immediately. If you do not receive the upload location within 3 days, please contact ICST registration.
• Please note the page limit and format of your manuscripts.
  At the upload location, you will be instructed to submit your paper either in WORD format or Postscript format.
• After you upload the paper, you will be instructed to complete a copyright form electroncially.
• You will be sent a confirmation that your paper was uploaded successfully, and you will have an opportunity to submit any revisions.

Final manuscript page limit and format

• You can use the IEEE guidelines to format your manuscripts.
• Please prepare your paper using the 2-column format.
• Regular papers and invited papers are allowed up to 10 pages, including all figures, tables and references.
• For invited papers, please add the line "(Invited Paper)" after the title of your paper.
• Extra page cost of USD$100 will be charged per page. This payment is made on the Registration form.
